As a Rodd guest, you earn points for every dollar you spend on any services provided by Rodd Hotels & Resorts including accommodations, spa services, and food and beverage. Then, redeem your points for free nights, free golf, Rodd Hotels & Resorts gift cards, or gift certificates from our retail partners.

With EveryStay Rewards, the more you stay, the quicker you earn points towards your rewards. With Basic, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers, every new level carries exciting new benefits.

Upon registration, member profiles are saved in the EveryStay database so no cards are required. When making reservations, please mention you are an EveryStay member to verify your account.

8. HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE NEXT TIER?

Tier status is achieved or renewed based on the following criteria.

  • EveryStay Rewards – 1 to 9 Qualifying Nights Annually
  • EveryStay-Gold Rewards – 10 to 24 Qualifying Nights Annually
  • EveryStay-Platinum Rewards – 25 to 49 Qualifying Nights Annually
  • EveryStay-Diamond Rewards – 50 plus Qualifying Nights Annually

As soon as your account is credited for the required number of nights to achieve the next tier level, your membership will be upgraded and you can start enjoying the additional benefits.

EveryStay Reward Members will be assessed annually on November 1 and member tier level will be adjusted based on actualized room nights in the previous 12 months.

9. DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

No, your points will not expire.

10. DOES MY TIER LEVEL EXPIRE?

Tier levels are assessed annually on November 1 and are based on the previous 12 month production.

11. IS THERE AN EVERYSTAY RATE?

EveryStay members will receive the best rate of the day booked direct through the Rodd Hotels & Resorts website, Central Reservation Office or any Rodd Hotel or Resort. If you currently travel more than 50 nights per year, please complete a Corporate Rate Request form and our Corporate Sales Manager will be in touch to discuss a negotiated rate.
