Our TMAC Conference Delegate Room Block and Conference Rate has been secured for the nights of June 22 – 26, 2022.  Within the block is a combination of rooms with king, queen and double beds. Be sure to specify your preference at the time of reserving.

• Room Rates (based on single or double occupancy):
  $139 per night + $2/night local tourism marketing levy = $141/night plus 15% HST

*Includes breakfast daily, wi-fi and parking (if needed).

Steps:
1. Click on the booking link for either media or industry and you will be presented with the TMAC booking window.
2. Click on the “Select & Go To The Next Step” button to make your reservation.
3. You will be presented with a booking calendar. Choose your appropriate check-in and check-out date for the TMAC Group.
4. Click on the “Update Dates of Stay” button at the bottom of the page.
5. You will be presented with your accommodation options. Click the “Book” button on your room type preference.
6. Complete the booking process with your personal details and credit card number for guarantee only. The credit card will not be charged at this time.
7. Click on the “Complete Reservation” button.

*Please note you do not need to add a code to access the TMAC group rates. You will notice a code at the bottom of the page. This is for hotel use only. Please do not click on/delete it as it will remove you from the TMAC group booking link.

CANCELLATION: A cancellation fee of one night’s room and taxes will apply should the delegate cancel the reservation within 3 days of the arrival date.
