Modify and Cancel Information
To view, change or cancel your reservation, please call 1-800-565-7633. Any modification to a reservation is subject to the resort’s availability at the time the modification is requested and may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees. Individual reservations must be cancelled by 72 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation penalty (does not apply to sport or group reservations).

Group Reservations (including golf groups)
Cancellation of any reservation attached to a group (individual reservations, rooming lists or the entire group block) must follow the terms and conditions laid out in the group contract. The group organizer will be able to provide you with those details.

Package Reservations
All package reservations will be subject to a 25% deposit at time of booking. Deposits are refundable if your reservation is cancelled by 4pm, 72 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival, you will be subjected to a one-night (plus tax) charge.

Sport Team Reservations
Cancellation of any reservation attached to a sport team booking (individual reservations, rooming lists or the entire group block) must follow the terms and conditions laid out in the group contract. The team organizer will be able to provide you with those details.

Sport team reservations (November – April) are required to book a minimum of two nights accommodation. These bookings will need to be pre-paid upon check-in and are non-refundable. Full cancellation of bookings can be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

Advance Purchase, Early Saver and Stay and Save reservations – Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and all reservations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Guarantee Rules
All reservations require a form of payment guarantee at the time of booking. Please note that Visa Debit is not accepted as a form of authorization. It can be used as a form of payment upon check out, but we will require a valid credit card at the time of booking and during check-in.

For any rooms that do not guarantee with a form of payment will only be held until a set cancellation time per the rules of the reservation. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and we are unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, we will attempt to accommodate guests, at our expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s).

Smoke Free Policy
All of our Rodd Hotels & Resorts properties are non-smoking facilities. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes and related products. Smoking in any of our hotels or resorts will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Please inquire about designated smoking areas.

Rate/Reservation Validity
Please note that electronic reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate, or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.

Early Departure
Many Rodd Hotels & Resorts have an early departure fee. When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee. Please contact the property if you have any questions.

Pet Program
Rodd Hotels & Resorts recognizes that pets are considered part of our guests’ family. Our hotels & resorts are designated as pet-friendly, and welcome cats and dogs. To provide you and your furry friend with the best hospitality experience, we charge a $25 pet fee. This fee is non-refundable, non-inclusive of taxes, and it’s charged per room. Please visit for more details on our pet-friendly program and policy.
